液体喷射式环流反应器冷模与热模实验研究

【摘要】 液体喷射式环流反应器冷模实验考查该反应器的传质特性,研究观察引射器的喷嘴、喉管以及扩散管直径和操作条件对传质系数的影响规律,并在此基础上建立一套热模实验装置.热模实验进行了DSD酸非水介质法氧化工艺研究.结果表明:液体喷射式环流反应器传质效率高,气液混合均匀.同传统的通气搅拌釜相比,DSD酸氧化工艺反应时间由5h缩短至25min,碱用量减少50%,提高了目的产物在氧化液中的浓度.

【Abstract】 \ The properties of mass transfer were investigated in cold liquid jet loop reactor(LJLR) model. The relationships of ejector’s diameter in nozzle, throat tube, diffuse tube and operational conditions with the volumetric liquid phase mass transfer coefficient was obtained. These relationships provide the basis of design for the pilot scale system. An oxidation process of DSD acid in non\|aqueous media has been researched in the pilot scale system of LJLR. Experimental results show that LJLR strengthens the mass transfer rate and engenders the heterogeneous mixing of gas phase and liquid phase. Compared with the stirred tand reactor, the reaction\|time was reduced from 5 hours to 25 minutes, consumption of the alkali was reduced by 50 % and the content of the product was increased.
