啤酒周转箱注射模冷却系统设计
Cooling System Design of Plastic Injection Mold for Beer Box
【摘要】 介绍啤酒周转箱的结构、周转箱注射模具的总体结构、工作原理和冷却系统的设计方法,包括冷却水量、传热面积、对流传热系数、冷却水道长度的计算;冷却水在冷却系统中的流动状态,总的热平衡方程的建立等.在沈阳市塑料三厂的应用结果表明:此种方法合理可行,结果令人满意.
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the whole construction, injection mold and injection technique of a beer box. The design method of cooling system for the beer box is also discussed in this paper, including the following contents: analysis of flow pattern in the cooling system,calculation of convection heat transfer coefficient, establishment of general heat balance equation,determination of total heat transferred by cooling system, cooling water volume and heat exchanging areas.The results used in Shenyang No.3 Plastics Factory showed that the cooling system design method was feasible and satisfactory.
