硫酸钠对铝酸钠溶液分解过程影响的研究
Influence of Sodium Sulfate on Decomposition Process of Sodium Aluminate Solution
【摘要】 针对山西铝厂种分生产工艺条件,研究高浓度铝酸钠溶液种分分解过程中硫酸钠杂质对分解过程的影响规律.结果表明,硫酸钠在分解前期使分解率降低,但随着分解末温的降低,硫酸钠对分解率的影响逐渐减小.硫酸钠对产品粒度的影响与降温制度有密切关系,分解末温为60℃时硫酸钠会导致产品细化,但随着分解末温的降低,硫酸钠一般不会造成产品粒度的降低.
【Abstract】 According to working conditions of Shanxi Aluminum Plant,the influences of impurity of sodium sulfate on the seeded decomposition process under the condition of high concentration of sodium aluminate solution is studied.The results showed that sodium sulfate reduced the decomposition rate but the sodium sulfate have a little influence on the decomposition rate with the fall of the final decomposed temperature.The influence of sodium sulfate on the granularity of the product had close relations with the temperature system. When the final decomposed temperature is 60 ℃,sodium sulfate lead to the lower of the granularity of the product while sodium sulfate can not make the granularity of the product low with the decreasing of the decomposed final temperature.
