【摘要】 20世纪90年代迈克尔·波特提出的价值链原理引起了人们的广泛的关注。利用波特的价值链原理并结合石化企业的特点构造出了由原料加工、生产管理、市场营销管理、人力资源管理、技术管理、财务管理、风险管理和综合管理8个部分的石化企业价值链。在此基础上,再由上述8项一级指标引申出二级和三级指标,这样就由石化企业价值链构造出石化企业的综合竞争能力指标体系,然后利用模糊数学的综合评判模型来对石化企业的综合竞争能力进行评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Michael E.Porter’s value chain theory has attracted many people since it was brought forward in 1990’. After analyzing Chinese petro - chemical enterprises, this paper established a special value chain which is applicable to Chineses petro-chemical enterprises. Furthermore a total strength index estimate system was put forward which includes raw material processing ability, production management, marketing management, technique management, human resource management, financial management, risk management and macro management. Based on it, the secondary and tertiary quotas were amplified on from the eight primary ones mentioned above. Hence, the comprehensive strength quota system of enterprises was developed from the value chain of petrochemical enterprises. Finally, with the help of fuzzy appraisal method we can make it easier to estimate the total strength of Chinese petrochemical enterprises.更多还原
