20t蒸汽锅炉仪表自控系统改造设计
The Design of Automatic Control System Reconstruction for 20 t Stream Boiler
【摘要】 锅炉作为工业中的能源动力装备,其运行的经济性、稳定性直接关系到企业生产效益与安全。采用先进的电子和计算机技术对锅炉仪表控制系统进行改造是非常必要的。阐述了锅炉改造的技术要求和指标,采用先进的DCS系统作为锅炉控制系统核心。锅炉鼓、引风和炉排电机采用变频驱动技术,以保护电机和节约能源。锅炉重要的运行控制参数既在DCS系统上显示、控制,又在专门的手操柜上显示、控制。汽包液位采用浮球液位计、差压变送器和电结点液位计三种测量报警装置,其信号进入DCS和手操柜,提高了锅炉运行的可靠性。锅炉鼓、引风和炉排电机调节,既可以由DCS完成,也能在现场完成。
【Abstract】 Being dynamical equipment of energy sources in industry, the economy and stability of boiler’s operation directly affect the production and safety of enterprises. So it is necessary to reconstruct the control system of its instruments by using the advanced electronics and computer technology. The technical requirements and qualification of reconstructed boiler were discussed, and the advanced DCS was used as the core of boiler control system. Boiler drum, induced draft and fire grate engine adopted frequency conversion drive technology in order to protect engines and economize energy sources. Important controlling parameter of boiler operation was not only shown and controlled on DCS, also on the special hand - operating tank. Stream manifold liquid level used three warning device of measure-floating ball fluid level gauge,differential pressure transducer and electrical node fluid level gauge, whose signals entered into DCS and hand - operating tank, which improves the reliability of boiler operation. Boiler drum, induced draft and fire grate engine can be either regulated with DCS,or adjusted at job site.
