Pt/HZSM-5催化剂的制备因素对FCC汽油加氢异构化反应影响
Effect of Preparation Conditions of Pt/HZSM-5 Catalyst on FCC Gasoline Hydroisomerization
【摘要】 制备了Pt/HZSM-5双功能FCC汽油加氢异构化催化剂,考察了催化剂焙烧条件和还原条件以及负载金属方法对FCC汽油加氢异构化反应的影响。在290℃、2.0MPa反应条件下对催化剂进行了工艺评价。实验结果表明,焙烧条件对离子交换型催化剂有显著影响,因为它们决定金属的最终分布,还原条件和铂掺合方法是影响催化剂的活性和选择性的重要因素。该催化剂是一种双功能催化剂,具有较强烯烃加氢饱和功能和异构化功能,能使FCC汽油中的烯烃含量大大降低,汽油储存安定性提高,且辛烷值无大的损失。
【Abstract】 Pt/HZSM-5 bifunctional catalyst of FCC gasoline hydroisomerization was prepared. The influenece of calcination and reduction conditions, the metal-incorporation technique, and metal loading on the hydroisomerization of FCC gasoline over the Pt/HZSM-5 bifunctional catalyst was studied. The process opinion catalyst of FCC gasoline hydroisomerization was obtained at 290 ℃, 2.0 MPa. The results show that calcination conditions have a significant influence on ion-exchanged catalysts, as they control the final metal distribution, the reduction conditions and the method used for platinum incorporation are found to be important factors that affected both the activity and selectivity of the catalysts. Pt/HZSM-5 bifunctional catalyst possessed good activity for hydrogenation and the olefin hydrocarbons of FCC gasoline are hydrogenated and the stability of FCC gasoline are improved under condition of unchanged octane number.
