湿法(化学浸出法)炼铜的近况及展望

【摘要】 随着技术经济的进步,人们环境保护意识的增强,传统的火法炼铜逐渐暴露出一些不合时宜的缺点:一次性投资大,生产成本高,SO2对环境的污染严重。随着铜矿的大量开采,富矿越来越少,能满足火法炼铜要求的精矿来源越来越少,这就阻碍了火法炼铜的发展,湿法炼铜克服了火法炼铜的若干缺点,近20年来获得长足发展。本文介绍了化学浸出法中的氯化铜、三价铁及其它氧化浸出方法。

【Abstract】 With the progress of technology and economy and the strengthen of people’s environment protecting consciousness, some outdated disadvantage: of the traditional copper pyrogenic process is gradually exposed ,the first time investment is big, the production cost is high, the pollute of SO2 to the environment is serious. Along with the vast exploitation of the copper mine, the rich mine becomes less and less , therefore ,the fine mine which can meet the demands of copper pyrogenic process becomes less and less, which impedes the development of copper pyrogenic process. Copper hydrometal-lurgical process overcomes some disadvantage of copper pyrogenic process and was much morewidely applicated in recent twenty years. In this paper, the copper chloride leaching, ferric iron leaching and other oxidation leaching of chemical leaching method are presented.
