PVA/PS中空纤维复合膜脱除丙烯中微量水分的研究
Study on Dehydration of Propylene Vapor Mixtures with PVA/PS Hollow Fiber Composite Membrane
【摘要】 以亲水性的聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原料,采用涂敷法制备了PVA/聚砜(PS)中空纤维复合膜,考察了气相丙烯中脱除微量水分的蒸汽渗透性能。分析讨论了PVA的浓度、交联剂用量、热处理温度及基膜对膜蒸汽渗透分离性能的影响。结果表明,在一定的制膜条件及渗透工艺条件下,对于含水质量分数为4.292×10-3的气相丙烯,其渗透通量为19.8 g/(m2·h),分离因子为739。
【Abstract】 Polyvinyl alcohol/polysulfone (PVA/PS) hollow fiber composite membranes were prepared by coating hydrophilic poly vinyl alcohol on the base membrane. Vapor permeation performance of the membrane for dehydration of propylene vapor mixtures was studied. VP method was used to investigate dehydration of propylene. PVA concentration, amount of crosslinking agent, the temperature of heat treatment and base membrane which might affect performance of composite membranes, were also studied. Result showed that under specific conditions of membrane preparation and permeation technology the permeation rate of gas phase propylene with a water mass fraction of 4.292× 10 was 19.8 g/(m2·h) ,the separation factor was 739.
