强酸性条件下介孔分子筛MSU-1的合成
Synthesis of Mesoporous Sieves MSU-1 in Strong Acid Media
【摘要】 强酸性条件下(pH≈0 8),以C12~15H25~31O(CH2CH2O)9H为模板剂、廉价水玻璃为硅源,合成介孔分子筛MSU-1。与微酸性及近中性条件相比,强酸性条件下合成的产物具有孔道短程有序度更高、孔分布更窄、比表面积和孔体积更大等特点。详细考察了合成条件(模板剂浓度、反应混合物中SiO2浓度、反应温度及反应时间)对产物织构的影响,用XRD、低温N2吸附等手段对产物进行了表征。
【Abstract】 Mesoporous MSU-1 was successfully synthesized from sodium silicate so lution and A(EO)9 surfactant in strong acidic media.The product has short-ran ge order,narrow pore size distribution,large surface area and pore volume compar ed with that synthesized in slight acidic or near neutral media.Effects of reac tion conditions on properties of products were studied in detail.The synthesize d products were characterized by XRD and nitrogen adsorption.
