乙基丙烯酸的合成与表征
Synthesis and Characterization of 2-Ethylacrylic Acid
【摘要】 对合成乙基丙烯酸的工艺路线进行了详细的探讨,确定了以丙二酸二乙酯为原料,经过乙基化、水解酸化、Knoevenagel反应以及最终的水解酸化等多步反应的合成路线,合成了乙基丙烯酸产物。对每一步反应所得的产物,都进行了分离提纯,并用红外光谱进行了表征。对于最终产物,还进行了核磁共振波谱的测试,最后证明所得产物为乙基丙烯酸,常压下产物的沸点为180℃。
【Abstract】 WT5BZ]Synthesis of 2-ethylacrylic acid was studied,using diethyl malonate as raw material.The process mainly included ethylation,hydrolysis-acidification,Knoevenagel reaction,and final hydrolysis-acidification.Intermediates were purified and identified by IR spectrum.The end product was identified by means of IR spectrum and 1H NMR spectrum,and was proved to be 2-ethylacrylic acid,boiling point of which was determined to be 180 ℃.
