NiP改性Hβ分子筛的正辛烷临氢异构化和芳构化性能
Performance of Ni,P Modiffied Hβ Molecular Sieve in n-Octane Hydroisomerization and Aromatization
【摘要】 以正辛烷作为反应模型化合物,在连续微型反应器上考察了经Ni和P改性的Hβ分子筛的临氢异构化和芳构化性能,并探讨了不同Ni、P含量对Hβ表面酸性的影响。实验表明,Ni的引入使Hβ表面B酸减少,L酸增加,反应活性提高。转化率随着Ni含量的增加而增加,液相产物及临氢异构化和芳构化选择性下降,适宜的Ni质量分数为1 5%~2 0%;P的引入有利于进一步调变Ni/Hβ的B酸和L酸分布,抑制积碳并延长催化剂寿命,适宜的P质量分数为1 7%~2 5%;Ni金属硫化态与氧化态、还原态相比,硫化态较适合于长链烷烃的临氢异构化和芳构化反应。
【Abstract】 Performance of nickel and phosphorous modified Hβ molecular sieve used for hydroisomerization and aromatization were investigated with a microreactor using n -octane as probing compound.B acidity of Ni modified Hβ decreased in inverse proportion with Ni content,while L acidity increased proportionally.On the increase of nickel content,the catalytic activity improved with increasing nickel content,but liquid product selectivity, hydroisomerization and aromatization selectivity declined.The preferred nickel mass fraction on Hβ was 1 5%~2 0%.B and L acid sites distribution were further improved by introducing phosphorous to Ni/Hβ.NiP/Hβ had a better stability in retarding the coke formation.The preferred phosphorous mass fraction on Ni/Hβ was 1 7%~2 5%.Performance of nickel sulfide modified Hβ molecular sieve was the best for hydro isomerization and aromatization as compared with nickel and nickel oxide modified version.
