中心龙卷流型搅拌槽的液-液混合特性

【摘要】 采用实验方法对中心龙卷流型搅拌槽液-液混合特性进行研究,测试无因次混合时间(Nt),得出Nt与混合雷诺数Re及体积功率P/V的关系曲线。实验表明,中心龙卷流型搅拌槽液-液混合性能优于标准搅拌槽,在相同条件下,其混合时间明显低于标准搅拌槽,同固液悬浮一样具有显著的节能降耗特性。

【Abstract】 Experiments for studying the behavior of liquid-liquid dispersion in a central tornado flow stirring vessel(CTF-mixer) were described. Mixing time ( Nt ) was determined,and the relation between Nt vs. Re , and P/V was obtained. Under the same conditions,the Nt of CTF-mixer was less than that of the standard mixer . It indicated that CTF-mixer was superior to standard mixer, and had the characteristic of higher efficiency and lower energy consumption.
