【摘要】 作为近邻的日本和中国 ,是世界第二大经济强国和经济增长最快的发展中大国 ,其双边关系的发展态势令人注目。近年来 ,中日两个世界能源消费大国在海外 ,特别是在俄罗斯所展开油气资源的较量 ,则更加为世人所关注。从地缘政治经济和能源对外依存度的角度看 ,两国在世界范围争夺油气资源在所难免。如果中日双方能够避免对抗性、排他性的“零和”甚或“负数”式的传统博弈结果 ,走向建设性“非零和”式竞争下的合作 ,则不仅可以实现各自能源安全的“双赢”局面 ,而且还有助于世界油气市场的稳定和资源的公平合理配置。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a developed country with the second strongest economic strength and a developing country with the highest economic growth rate in the world, as well as near neighbors, Japan and China have caught everyone’s eye in the world concerning the developing trend of bilateral relationship between them. In the recent years, scramble between the two large energy sources consuming countries for oil and gas resources in the overseas areas especially in Russia has become more notable. From the point of geographical political economy of the two countries and their dependent degree of resources on the outside world, it is inevitable for them to contend for oil and gas resources in the global area. If the two sides can avoid the traditional game result of antagonistic and exclusive “zero sum” or even “negative”, and strive for a cooperation behind constructive “non-zero sum” competition, they can respectively achieve a “win-win” situation for ensuring their own resource safety, further more, it helps to stabilize the global oil and gas market and achieve a fair and reasonable configuration for the global resource.更多还原
