【Abstract】 Contracting for an engineering project is full of risks, and the risks will run through whole procedure of the project. During entering bid, making offer and exercising management, therefore, the contractor should be clever at analyzing various factors of risk, correctly estimate the degree of various risks, and seriously study the protective measures of these risks, so as to minimize the possible losses resulting from the risks, and even to make more profit by utilizing these risks.更多还原
