【摘要】 详细介绍了小U弯管机生产工艺过程,针对小U弯管机中存在的控制问题,提出了以可编程控制器为控制核心,对生产各环节进行了自动控制,使小U弯管机生产过程实现了自动化.

【Abstract】 In this paper,small U bender’s processes are introduced in details.For the problems in manufactoring small U bender. Programming controller(PLC) is introduced in this paptr as control core.PLC is used to control each step in the process automatically and small U bender’s process automation is achieved.
