【Abstract】 Agility is the ability of enterprises to respond the changes of market dynamically and economically.In order to assess the agility of enterprises,it is necessary to set up the assessing norms.In this paper, the concept of agility is introduced first,then the variables of agility and the comprehensive assessing norms of agility are analyzed.Finally, based on time,cost,robustness and scope of change,an assessing method of agility is put forward,which can be applied to assess the agility of enterprises.更多还原
