AlON纳米线制备研究
Study on production of AlON nanowire
【摘要】 采用直流电弧等离子体法成功制取了AlON纳米线,其主要成分为Al3O3N(AlN∶Al2O3=1∶1).在AlON纳米线中,最长的达到5 5μm,直径最小的达到25nm,长径比为150.实验表明,AlON纳米线是尖晶石结构.
【Abstract】 Successful synthesis of AlON nanowires is made by dc arc-discharge,of which the important composition is Al3O3N(AlN∶Al2O3 =1∶1).Among nanowires,t he longest one is 55?μm in length,the smallest is 25?nm,and th e ratio of lengths to diameters is 150.AlON nanowires are of spinel type.
