【Abstract】 Successful synthesis of AlON nanowires is made by dc arc-discharge,of which the important composition is Al3O3N(AlN∶Al2O3 =1∶1).Among nanowires,t he longest one is 55?μm in length,the smallest is 25?nm,and th e ratio of lengths to diameters is 150.AlON nanowires are of spinel type.更多还原
