【Abstract】 The paper sheds light on the process leading to new enterprise formation while identifying the positive factors and barriers affecting entrepreneurial intention to business startups. Mathematical statistics approach is used to conduct the study as the analysis focused on the predecision stage, i.e. the intention and characteristics of nascent entrepreneurs.
