等离子弧淬火工艺在坦克零件上的应用

【摘要】 采用等离子弧淬火工艺对坦克零件———曲臂、扭力轴、风扇轴、大制动鼓等进行表面处理,使零件的表面硬度有较大程度的提高.大制动鼓、扭力轴和曲臂等零件的表面硬度提高了25~36HRC,最高表面硬度可达到65HRC以上;淬火后的修复件变形量在0 01~0 02mm范围以内.等离子弧作为高能量密度热源,用于零件表面淬火,可以强化表面,解决了装甲车辆大件局部淬火的难题,提高了零件的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性.

【Abstract】 With the technology of plasma arc hardening applied to parts of tank such as crooked arm?torsional axis?fan axis?big arrested drum,the hardness of parts is increased to great extent.The minimum value is HRC?5~10 such as torsional axis(45 CrNiMVA) and the maximum value is HRC?25~36 such as big arrested drum (45) and crooked arm(45 CrSi).In normal situation,the distortion range of repaired parts after hardened is 001~002?mm.With plasma arc as intensive heat source,the technology is applied to hardening of parts′surface.The problem of partial hardening of big parts in armed car is solsed and wearing resistance and corrosion resistance of parts is increased.
