【摘要】 以往对于投标工程所承担风险的评价都局限于定性分析,没有形成有效的定量评价方法。为了定量评价国际工程风险,在对国际工程风险因素分析的基础上,建立了国际工程风险评价的指标体系,根据国际工程风险具有的模糊性的特点,提出采用模糊综合评价方法对投标风险进行定量的评价,并且给出了一个实例说明该方法的运用。该方法评价结果的可比性较强,对承包商的投标决策有一定的参考价值和指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the international project risk in quantity, the paper establishes an index system based onto the analysis on the risk factors and puts forward a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to estimate the bidding risk in quantity according to the international project risk s fuzzy characteristic. Finally, the writers give a practice example to illustrate the use of this method. The appraising result is comparable with this method. So, the system has certain reference value & guide significance for the contractor to make a decision when bidding an international project.更多还原
