【Abstract】 Being fully compliant with the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS) requirements, Inmarsat-C transceiver is installed nearly on every commercial vessel, fishing boat, as well as yacht. However, the DOS-based software could not conduct directly Chinese-character transmission, so we developed the Chinese Inmarst-C communication system based on Windows 2000, which could improve the efficiency of communication, fleet tracking and fleet management dramatically. 更多还原
