【摘要】 目的　讨论CT检查对猫抓病的诊断价值。方法　利用螺旋CT增强扫描对 3例手术病理证实为猫抓病的病例进行检查并总结分析。结果　 3例均有明显猫抓伤或接触史 ,其引流区域淋巴结肿大 ,CT增强扫描有环状强化。结论　对不典型的病人CT增强扫描可显示局部淋巴结的病理改变 ,帮助确立诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the diagnostic value in examination of cat scratch disease with CT.Methods The features of contrast enhanced CT scans in 3 cases with cat scratch disease proved by pathology and operation were analysed.Results Three cases all had clear scratches and contact history,lymph node enlargement along the regional lymphatic drainage was seen and presented as circular enhancementon CT.Conclusion To untypical patients with cat-scratch disease the contrast enhanced CT scans can show the local lymphatic pathological change and may help to comfirm the diagnosis.更多还原
