螺旋CT脑血管造影造影剂注射速度与延迟时间参数研究
The Parameters Study About Contrast Material Injection Rate and Delay Time in Spiral CT Angiography of Cerebral Vessels
【摘要】 目的 探讨正常人螺旋CT脑血管造影造影剂注射速度 (简称流速 )与延迟时间的关系 ,以选择合适流速和相应的延迟时间。方法 对 2 0例CT检查正常的病人进行前瞻性、自身对照研究 ,采用小剂量循环实验 ,分别以 2ml/s、3ml/s、4ml/s的流速进行同层动态CT增强扫描 ,观察动静脉的峰值强化时间、动静脉的强化升高CT值和动静脉峰差时间。结果 动静脉的峰值强化时间、动静脉的强化升高CT值 2ml/s与 3ml/s及 4ml/s流速有显著性差异 (Ρ <0 .0 5 ) ,而 3ml/s与 4ml/s流速无显著性差异 (Ρ >0 .0 5 ) ,2ml/s、3ml/s及 4ml/s流速动静脉峰差时间无显著性差异 (Ρ >0 .0 5 )。结论 (1)小剂量循环实验可确定SCTA扫描的最佳延迟时间 ;(2 )SCTA检查时 ,采用 3ml/s的流速较为合适 ,其相应的延迟时间为 13 .83 9~ 15 .82 2s ;(3 )采用 2ml/s、3ml/s或 4ml/s的流速扫描 ,动静脉峰差时间无显著性差异。
【Abstract】 Objective To assess the relation of contrast material injection rate and delay time in SCTA of normal patients and to choose the proper injection rate and relative delay time in SCTA of cerebral vessels. Methods A prospective,self-controlled study were underwent in 20 normal cerebral CT cases with small circular test at different injection rate(2 ml/s,3 ml/s,4 ml/s respectively). Single-level dynamic CT scanning was performed at the level of the plane. PTA,PTV,RVA,RVV and A-Vt were observed and analyzed statistically. Results The PTA,PTV,RVA,RVV of 2 ml/s rate were significantly different with 3 ml/s and 4 ml/s rate(Ρ<0.05), but no significant difference between the 3 ml/s and 4 ml/s rate(Ρ>0.05). There were no significant difference at the different rate of 2 ml/s,3 ml/s,4 ml/s regarding the A-VT(Ρ>0.05). Conclusion The optimal delay time can be got by small circular test ;3 ml/s injection rate is suitable for SCTA in cerebral vessels and its delay time of artery should be 13.839~15.822 seconds; there are no significant difference about A-Vt with different rate of 2 ml/s,3 ml/s,4 ml/s.
