【摘要】 目的　对骨恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的X线及MRI表现进行了分析 ,研究其影像特点。方法　 11例病人均拍了X线片 ,其中 1例做MRI检查。结果　发现 10例病灶在长骨的干骺部或骨端 ,X线表现多呈溶骨性溶冰状、斑片状、不规则状骨质破坏 ,边界多不清 ,少有骨膜反应 ,MRI表现在T1WI像呈低及更低信号 ,T2 WI像瘤组织信号不均匀增高 ,与正常组织分界清晰。结论　X线平片出现溶骨性骨质破坏且无骨膜反应需考虑本病的可能 ,应尽早活检和手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the radiographic and MRI manifestations and imaging characters of histiocytoma of bone.Methods The radiographies were perpormed in 11 patients and one was examined by MRI.Results The liesion was found at the bone-end or epiphysis in 10 patients,the radiographic appearances were destruction of bone as corrosion,no periosteal reaction,the signal intensity was lower on T₁WI,higher homogeneously on T₂WI in MRI.Conclusion If the bone showes destruction as corrosion and no periosteal reaction on radiography,the diagnosis of malignant fibrous histiocytoma should be made,the biopsy and opearation should be done carly.更多还原
