正常成人肺脏MRI纵向弛豫时间的测量

【摘要】 目的 对正常成人肺脏MRI纵向弛豫时间进行测量研究。方法 选择健康志愿者 18人 ,在获得较为理想的肺部MRI图像的基础上 ,健康志愿者按上中、下、肺野和左、右肺及性别分组 ,分别测量各区的信号强度 (SI)并计算出T1值。结果 志愿者上、中、下肺野T1值分别为 (10 2 6± 13 )ms、(10 15± 2 2 )ms和 (10 3 9± 3 2 )ms ,左、右肺T1值分别为 (10 2 3± 13 )ms和 (10 3 4±17)ms ,男、女性肺脏T1值分别为 (10 2 2± 14 )ms和 (10 3 5± 16)ms。志愿者上、中、下肺野之间和左、右肺之间及男、女肺脏之间T1值均无统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,经计算全肺T1值为 (10 2 8± 3 7)ms。结论 肺脏纵向弛豫时间对MRI扫描序列中参数的调整、图像质量及疾病的鉴别、MRIT1对比增强剂的研制都有重要意义

【Abstract】 Objective To study longitudinal relaxation time of lung in MRI for normal adult.Methods Eighteen healthy volunteers were chosen and divided into groups according upper; middle; lower lung and left; right lung and male; female lung, respectively. The signal intensities of ROIs were measured and the T 1 values were calculated based on better MR imaging of lung.Results Volunteer’s T 1 values of upper, middle and lower lung were (1026±13) ms, (1015±22) ms and (1039±32)ms, respectively. The T 1 values of left and right lung were (1023±13) ms and (1034±17) ms, respectively. The T 1 values of male and female lung were (1022±14) ms and (1035±16) ms, respectively. There had no statistic difference for volunteer’s T 1 value between right and left lung; upper, middle and lower lung; male and female lung, respectively(P>0.05). The T 1 value of whole lung was (1028±37) ms. Conclusion Longitudinal relaxation time of lung has an important signification for parameter adjustment in MRI sequences; imaging quality; identification among various diseases and research of T 1 contrast media.
