【摘要】 目的　探讨选择性与超选择性栓塞支气管动脉等出血血管对内科治疗疗效不佳的非癌性咯血的治疗作用。方法　 35例非癌性咯血患者 ,总共 63支出血动脉进行了选择性与超选择性栓塞治疗。结果　全部病例在术后即日停止新鲜出血 ,即时技术成功率为 10 0 % ,长期成功率为 94% ( 32 /34 )。结论　通过对出血的支气管动脉进行选择性和超选择性栓塞 ,是治疗非癌性咯血有效安全的方法 ,可以作为首选方法采用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the therapeutic effect for non-carcinomas hemoptysis by selective and super-selective embolization of bleeding arteries.Methods The embolized treatment of 63 bleeding arteries by selective and super-selective artery embolism in 35 cases with non-carcinoma were performed.Results Fresh bleeding was stopped in the day of embolism in all patients,the long-term successful rate was 94%(32/34).Conclusion The method by embolism of bleeding bronchial arteries with selective and super-selective catheterization for non-carcinomas hemoptysis is efficient and safe,and can be used as a first therapeutics.更多还原
