【摘要】 目的　研究介入治疗在急诊 (症 )抢救中的价值。方法　根据不同的病变类型采用不同的方法进行介入治疗 ,其中出血者采用动脉栓塞术 ;动脉闭塞者采用PTA加溶栓治疗 ;消化道梗阻者采用金属内支架置入术。结果　经DSA检查证实为支气管动脉出血 19例、胃左动脉出血 6例、肠系膜下动脉出血 3例、肝动脉出血 1例、腹主动脉闭塞 2例、左髂总动脉闭塞 2例 ;经X线造影证实为上消化道梗阻者 6例。结论　介入放射学治疗对急诊 (症 )的抢救具有极其重要的价值 ,且具有即刻见效的显著疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the value of interventional radiology therapy in the field of emergent salvage.Methods Different methods were carried according to different types of cases.The artery embolization was adopted in the cases of hemorrhage.The PTA+thrombolytic therapy was adopted in the cases of artery embolism.Metal stent placement was carried in the cases of upper digestive tract obstruction.Results By DSA examination,19 cases were bronchial artery bleeding,6 cases of left gastric artery bleeding,3 cases of inferior mesenteric artery bleeding,1 case of hepatic artery bleedmg,2 cases of abdominal aorta obliteration,and 2 cases of left common iliac artery obliteration.By X-ray contrast examination,6 cases of upper digestive tract obstruction were confirmed.Conclusion Interventional radiology therapy has very important value in emergent salvage,and it also has the immediate obvious effect.更多还原
