疏水缔合聚合物的合成及溶液性能研究
SYSTHESIS TECHNOLOGY AND PROPERTY EVALUATION OF HYDROPHOBICAL ASSOCIATION POLYMER SOLUTION
【摘要】 采用自由基胶束聚合法 ,合成了疏水缔合型丙烯酰胺 /2 丙烯酰胺基烷基磺酸共聚物。用Brookfield旋转粘度计测定了不同疏水基含量的聚合物的溶液性能 ,同时考察了疏水缔合聚合物浓度、盐浓度、剪切速率以及温度对聚合物溶液性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,稀溶液中疏水缔合聚合物分子的缔合以分子内缔合为主 ;在临界缔合浓度以上 ,缔合以分子间缔合为主。该聚合物是一种性能优异的疏水增粘剂 ,模拟盐水条件下的粘度比清水溶液粘度有很大提高 ,表现出明显的抗盐性质 ,其临界缔合浓度约为 5 0 0mg/L。使用时可用油田采出水直接配注 ,因而在提高采收率的同时 ,还进一步降低了聚合物的用量 ,同时还解决了产出污水的重复利用问题
【Abstract】 Hydrophobically associated acrylamide/2-acrylamido alkane sulfonic acid copolymers were synthesized by using free radical micellar copolymerization. The properties of water-soluble polymer with different amounts of hydrophobic groups were measured with rotary viscosimeter. The results showed that the hydrophobic parts in the dilute regime can be interacted intramolecularly. When the polymer concentration in the regime was higher than the critical aggregation concentration, the intermolecular hydrophobic association became the predominant. The copolymer is an excellent viscosifier, and the viscosity of the system in Daqing salt water is higher than in pure water. The copolymer has good tolerance to salt and can be dissolved and injected into reservoir brine directly, while the critical aggregation concentration is only 500 mg/L. So the hydrophobical copolymer can enhance oil recover, and the reservoir sewage can also be reused.
