安塞油田长6油层端部脱砂压裂试验

【摘要】 安塞油田长 6油层的地质特征及油井生产状况显示 ,该油层存在着含水率上升快、区块内产量和压力分布严重不均等问题 ,这直接影响了油田的开发效益和最终采收率 ,对油田稳产造成严重威胁。针对长 6油层的特点 ,采用了蜡球暂堵端部脱砂的压裂改造技术。该技术主要通过在原裂缝内形成新的裂缝和沟通部分天然微裂缝来增加泄油面积 ,提高裂缝导流能力。现场试验表明 ,蜡球暂堵端部脱砂重复压裂技术能够解决长 6油层侧向井重复压裂改造的难题 ,使油井产量得到了大幅度的提高 ,并取得了明显的压裂效果

【Abstract】 The geologic characteristics and the oil production proved that there existed some phenomena in Chang 6 oil bearing of Ansai Oilfield, such as rapid rising of water cut, and the serious uneven distribution of oil production and pressure in some zones. These features can affect the development benefit, recovery efficiency and stable production of the oilfield. Focusing on these characters, a multiple fracturing technology of wax ball blocking up the end temporarily and taking off sand was developed. By the use of this technology, the drainage areas can be enlarged, and the diverting ability of sand-pack crack can be raised by making new fractures in the matrix and connecting part of natural tiny cracks. The application of this technology avoided multiple fracturing of directional wells in Chang 6 oil bearing, which enhances the oil production greatly. The significant fracturing effects have been gained in Chang 6 Formation.
