【Abstract】 Nowadays, it is necessary to apply information technology (IT), digital technology, intelligence, network and virtual technologies to realize integrative development and shearing of intelligent for petrochemical industry. This study focuses on utilizing Internet (a virtual and open working environment) to collaboratively develop and share the intelligent resource without time and space limitation, so as to optimize the allocation of resource. By adopting the systematic engineering method and the knowledge integration approach method in the modern project management, the ways for realizing a unified data platform were illustrated by building I 3 ASPP system and electronic business platform. In this way, it is possible to eliminate "information islands " and form the "sharing data plates" which will be further integrated into an "information resource continent". The result may provide a basis for the scientific research and decision making of petrochemical industry.更多还原
