骨架镍催化糠醇液相加氢制备四氢糠醇
PREPARATION OF TETRAHYDROFURFURYL ALCOHOL USING HYDROGENATION OF FURFURYL ALCOHOL CATALYZED BY RANEY NICKEL CATALYST
【摘要】 以骨架镍作为加氢催化剂 ,在悬浮床中液相加氢还原糠醇制备四氢糠醇。分析了催化剂制备条件和加氢反应条件对骨架镍催化糠醇液相加氢制备四氢糠醇的影响。实验结果表明 ,在适当的反应条件下 ,糠醇可完全转化 ,四氢糠醇的收率和选择性较高。骨架镍催化剂适宜的制备条件为 5 0℃下镍铝合金在NaOH溶液中溶解 90min。在镍铝合金用量为 2 .0 %~ 6 .0 %、氢压为 5 .0~ 6 .0MPa的反应条件下 ,糠醇转化率可达 99%以上 ,四氢糠醇收率和选择性约为 97%。加入乙醇作为溶剂 ,可以降低杂质 1,2 戊二醇的含量 ,提高四氢糠醇的选择性。
【Abstract】 Raney nickel catalyst was used to prepare tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol in an autoclave with liquid hydrogenation of furfuryl alcohol. The conditions for preparing catalyst and the favorable reaction conditions in the process of hydrogenation of slurry reactor were analyzed. The experimental results show that furfuryl alcohol can be absolutely converted into tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol, and high yields and selectivities can be obtained by the use of Raney nickel catalyst under the suitable conditions. The favorable condition for preparing Raney nickel is that the Ni-Al alloy is dissolved in the sodium hydrate solution for 90 minutes at 50 ℃. On condition that the hydrogen pressures are in the range from 5.0 MPa to 6.0 MPa and the adding amounts of Ni-Al alloy are from 2.0 percent to 6.0 percent, the furfuryl alcohol conversion is over 99 percent, and the yield and selectivity of tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol are about 97 percent respectively. The by-product yield of 1,2-pentanediol can be reduced when hydrogenation of furfuryl alcohol is carried out in ethanol solvent.
