Analysis of personality and ability of faculty in the new intellective economy era
【摘要】 阐述了教育工作者应在个性素质提高与教育教学能力培养上加大力度 ,以造就大量知识型、智能型、开拓型人才 ,满足社会需要。
【Abstract】 Facing the coming of new economy era,the paper discourses upon the topic that faculty should make more efforts on improving personality and teaching ability in order to bring up large number of persons with various abilities to satisfy the needs of society.
