对现行教师评价体系的几点思考
Views on the current estimating system of teacher
【摘要】 本文介绍了两种教师评价体系的比较 ,对教师评价体系在运用中应注意的几个问题提出了看法。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces the comparison between two systems of estimating teacher,the author puts forward his own opinions on the problems that should be avoided in the application of estimating system.
