新型仿生功能材料反应锅的设计与控制

【摘要】 本文基于仿生功能材料制作工艺的严格要求,设计了一种新型的仿生功能材料反应锅,并将化学反应的目标函数与机电控制反应参数相结合,实现反应锅加热、冷却一体化及数据采集与自动控制功能,为制作仿生功能材料提供了物质与技术保障。

【Abstract】 A new type of reactor for macromolecule bionics function materials was designed in this paper, based on the stringent requirement of facture for macromolecule bionics function materials, target function of reaction and parameters that is controlled by mechatronics are integrated. it is practical that heating and cooling are operated in one reactor, moreover, data-collection and autocontrol are achieved, so matter and technique of facture for macromolecule bionics function materials are ensured.
