【摘要】 目的　探讨青年乳腺癌的临床病理学特征 ,以提高其诊断、治疗水平。方法　回顾性分析 1971年 10月～ 2 0 0 2年 10月青年乳腺癌的发生率、组织学类型、腋淋巴结转移及雌激素受体表达等临床病理学特征 ,并分析其预后。结果　青年乳腺癌占同期全部乳腺癌的 8.6% (15 3 / 1789) ,1990年以前和以后分别占 6.1% (3 6/ 5 89)及 9.8% (117/ 12 0 0 )。 15 3例青年乳腺癌病例中 ,浸润性癌占 98.7% (15 1/ 15 3 ) ;腋窝淋巴结转移率达 80 .4% (12 3 / 15 3 ) ;雌激素受体 (ER)阳性表达率为 64 .8% (70 / 10 8) ;Ⅲ～Ⅳ期病例占 63 .4% (97/ 15 3 ) ,5年生存率为 10 .3 % (10 / 97)。青年乳腺癌组的以上临床病理学参数与中老年乳腺癌组比较 ,有显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论　青年乳腺癌有多项不同于中老年乳腺癌的临床病理学特征 ,预后差更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinic-pathological characteristics in young patients with breast cancer and improve diagnosis and treatment.Methods From 1971,Oct.to 2002,Oct.,the pathological characters,such as incidence,histological types,lymph nodes metastases and ER status in young patients with breast cancer,were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Prognosis were evaluated.Results There were 8.6%(153/1 789) of young patients among all breast cancer cases collected during the same period,6.1%(36/589) before 1990 and 9.8%(117/1 200) after 1990.Of the young patients,98.7%(151/153) were invasive cancer.Lymph nodes metastases were found in 80.4%(123/153) of the young patients.The positive rate of ER in young patients was 64.8%(70/108).The percentage of stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ was 63.4%(97/153) and 5 years survival rate was 10.3%(10/97).There were a significant difference in all the respects(P<0.05,P<0.01)between young and old patients with breast cancer.Conclusion Young patients with breast cancer have several different clinic-pathological charaterastics and poor prognosis compared with old ones.更多还原
