螺旋藻多糖抑制人肝癌细胞株IGF-2 mRNA表达的研究
Inhibitory Effect of Polysaccharide from Spirulina Platensis on IGF-2 mRNA Expression in HepG-2 Cells
【摘要】 目的 研究螺旋藻多糖对体外培养的人肝癌细胞株 (HepG 2 )胰岛素样生长因子 2mRNA表达的影响。方法 以不同剂量的螺旋藻多糖作用于HepG 2细胞 ,设计对应于胰岛素样生长因子 2cDNA的寡核苷酸探针 ,进行mRNA原位杂交。 结果螺旋藻多糖作用组IGF 2mRNA表达率显著低于HepG 2细胞对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论 螺旋藻多糖可明显抑制HepG 2细胞中IGF 2mRNA的表达
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of polysaccharide from spirulina platensis(PSP) on IGF-2 mRNA expression in HepG-2 cells.Methods HepG-2 cells were treated with PSP at various concentrations.In situ hybrization was used to explore the expression of IGF-2 mRNA expression with digoxigenin(DIG)-labeled IGF-2 oligo probe.Results IGF-2 mRNA expression was dramatically inhibited in PSP treated group,compared with that in the control(P<0.01).Conclusion PSP has an inhibitory effect on IGF-2 mRNA expression in HepG-2 cells.
