【摘要】 目的　探讨肺癌患者经纤支镜取材 ,检测c erbB 2蛋白的临床意义。方法　对肺部有占位性病变的患者行纤支镜取材 ,再用免疫组化S -P法检测c erbB 2蛋白的表达情况 ,并比较肺癌组、肺良性病变组c erbB 2蛋白的表达情况及其与临床病理因素的关系。结果　肺癌组、肺良性病变组c erbB 2蛋白的阳性表达率分别为 3 5 .0 %、10 .0 % ,有显著性差异 ;c erbB 2蛋白与肺癌组织学类型、分化程度、淋巴结及远处转移有关。结论　术前纤支镜取材测定c erbB 2蛋白的表达情况有助于肺癌的临床诊断、分期及预后的判定更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate clinical value of examination of c erbB 2 protein in lung carcinoma through the fibrobronchoscopic biopsy.Methods Patients with lung lesions underwent fibrobronchoscopic biopsy and the expression of c erbB 2 protein was examinated with S P immunohistochemistry method.The expressions of the c erbB 2 protein in lung carcinoma group and lung benign disease group were compared and the relationship between the expression of the c erbB 2 protein and clinical pathology was studied.Results The positive expression rates of c erbB 2 protein in lung carcinoma group and lung benign disease group were 35.0% and 10.0%.Respectively,with a significant difference.The c erbB 2 protein expression was related to the histological types,the cell difference degree,lymphometastasis and long distance metastasis in lung carcinoma.Conclusion Examination of the expression of the c erbB 2 protein in the lung carcinoma through fibrobronchoscopy biopsy can be helpful in the clinical diagnosis,classification and prognosis.更多还原
