【摘要】 目的　探讨影响脑膜瘤复发的因素。方法　对 1990年 9月～ 2 0 0 1年 12月收治的 16例复发脑膜瘤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果　复发脑膜瘤者男女比例为 3∶1,蕈状、分叶状脑膜瘤 14例 ,7例有囊性变、坏死 ,肿瘤直径 >4cm者 11例。结论　脑膜瘤影像学特征是术前判断有无复发可能的关键更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the factors predicting recurrent meningiomas.Methods 16 cases of recurrent meningioma during 1990～2001 were analysized retrospectively.Results Mushrooming was present in 14 of 16 cases.Necrosis and cyst formation were seen in 7 cases.The tumor diameter in 11 cases was more than 4 centimeter.Conclusion Preoperative CT or MRI scan is the key point to estimate the recurrence of meningiomas.更多还原
