【摘要】 目的　研究p5 3、p16、c -erbB -2癌基因表达变化与非小细胞肺癌术后长期生存、短期死亡者的临床病理学特征及预后关系。方法　采用SABC免疫组织化学染色法 ,检测了非小细胞肺癌术后 5年以上生存者及 1年内死亡者的 161例蜡块标本的 p5 3、p16、c -erbB -2基因表达情况。 结果　 3项癌基因在 2组中的表达均有有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;p16和c -erbB -2呈阳性表达多为腺癌组织 ;p16呈阴性表达及 p5 3和c -erbB -2呈阳性表达者 ,肿瘤分化差、临床分期晚、多伴有淋巴结转移 (P <0 .0 5 )。单项 p5 3阳性或c -erbB -2阳性或p16阴性表达者的预后优于其中 2项癌基因联合表达者 ;单项c -erbB -2阳性表达者的预后较p5 3阳性或 p16阴性表达者差 ;3项癌基因共同表达的 19例患者均在 1年内死亡。 结论　p5 3、p16、c -erbB -2癌基因联合检测 ,可有效地判定非小细胞肺癌临床病理学特征及预后 ,明显优于单个癌基因蛋白的检测更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation of the expression of p53?p16?c erbB 2 oncogene protein with the clinical and pathological feature and prognosis in non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods The expressions of p53?p16?c erbB 2 in 161 paraffin embed specimens of patients with NSCLC,including that postoperative 5 year survivors and deaths in 1 year,were analyzed by SABC immnuohistochemical method.Results A significant difference of the expressions of p53?p16?c erbB 2 were found between the two groups( P <0.05);The over expression of p16 and c erbB 2 were high in adenocarcinoma;The over expression of p53?c erbB 2 indicated worse differentiation and latter clinical staging and lymphatic metastasis with low expression of p16( P < 0.05 ).Expression of single oncogene protein was better than two oncogene,and c erbB 2 expression was worse than p53?p16 in prognosis,all 19 patients with expression of p53?p16 and c erbB 2 were dead within 1 year.Conclusion The simultaneous detection of p53?p16 and c erbB 2 was more excellent than single detection.It is effective in judging the clinical pathological feature and prognosis.更多还原
