【摘要】 目的　观察消化性溃疡后食管癌的放疗疗效。方法　选择 1988年 1月至 1997年 12月收治的消化性溃疡后食管鳞癌患者 15 8例。按常规方法设前垂直野及背斜野常规60 Co外照射DT6 4～ 6 8Gy。结果　1、3、5、10年生存率分别为 45 0 1%、14 6 %、8 0 0 %、5 0 6 %,仍健在 11例 ,均生存 5年以上。统计分析显示 ,对生存有影响的因素有性别、病变长度、消化性溃疡治疗方式。结论　消化性溃疡后食管癌的放疗疗效与一般食管癌相同 ,性别、病变长度、消化性溃疡治疗方式对生存有影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the treatment effects of radiotherapy on esophageal carcinoma after peptic ulcer.Methods One hundred and fifty eight patients of radiotherapy on esophageal carcinoma after peptic ulcer since January 1988 to December 1997 were chosen,all patients didn’t have bilateral supraclaricular metastasis and partial mediastinum metastasis,they were thoracic esophagus,83 patients after peptic ulcer by medical,75 patients after operation of stump,15 patients have been operated of Biluoshi1,60 patients have been operated of Biluoshi 2,radiotherapy by 60 Co,to the total does of 64～68Gy.Results The 1-、3-、5-、10-year survival rates were 45.01%、14.60%、8.00%、5.06%,11 patients live above 5 years.Conclusion The treatment effects of radiotherapy on esophageal carcinoma after peptic ulcer is the same as esophageal carcinoma.更多还原
