【摘要】 目的　观察中药对肿瘤患者生活质量的作用。方法　将 12 8例肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用中药复方扶正消瘤液配合全身化疗进行临床治疗 ,并与单纯化疗组进行对照。两组化疗方法相同。结果　治疗组近期有效率达 5 3 6 2 %,与对照组 38 95 %相比 ,有显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。同时 ,治疗组患者的生活质量指标 :Karnofsky评分、体重变化情况、症状缓解情况、生存时间等 ,均较对照组明显为优。结论　中药复方扶正消瘤液对晚期肿瘤患者改善生活质量有明显疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Chinese herbal tonics-Fuzheng Xiaoliu Yie in improving the cancer patients’ quality of life. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight patients with cancer were divided randomly into control group and treatment group. Chemotherapy is the only measure taken in the control group while the same chemotherapy was used in the treatment group in addition to Fuzheng Xiaoliu Yie. Results The efficacy rate of control and treatment groups were 38.95% and 53.62% respectively with significant difference (P<0.01),and the treatment group was much better than control group in terms of indice such as Karnofsky evaluation mark, patients’ weight change, patients’ syndromes relieved、patients’ living expectancy. Conclusion Chinese herbal tonics Fuzheng Xiaoliu Yie can significantly improve quality of life of cancer patients at their advanced stage.更多还原
