【摘要】 目的　探讨改良式直结肠端侧吻合在中下段直肠癌前切除术中的应用效果。方法　自 1999年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 8月对 18例中下段直肠癌切除后采用吻合器行直结肠端侧吻合 ,残端用缝合器关闭形成盲端 ,腹内一次完成手术。结果　全组无吻合口漏发生 ,随访 5个月～ 3年 15例 ,发生吻合口狭窄1例 ,便秘 1例 ,2例局部复发 ,3例死亡 ,余病人排便功能良好。结论　改良式直结肠端侧吻合术方法简单 ,并发症少 ,费时少 ,适用于中低位直肠癌切除术后消化道重建更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of rectocolon end-to-side anastomosis after anterior resection for middle and low rectal cancer.Methods Eighteen cases were treated by anterior resection,end-to-side anastomosis was completed by staple,the colon residue was closed by linear suture device.The operation completed once time in the abdominal cavity.Results No anastomotic leakage occurred in all cases.The follow-up of 5months～3 years showed anastomotic stricture in 1 cases,constipation in 1 case,the local recurrence in 2 case,death in 3 cases,the good defecation in others.Conclusion Our experience suggests that the above technique is simple,has less complication,expends less time.The operative result is reliable.更多还原
