【摘要】 目的　探讨原发性淋巴结外淋巴瘤的临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后。方法　自 1980年 1月至2 0 0 1年 12月 ,对所收治非霍奇金淋巴瘤 10 5例患者进行回顾性分析。结果　确诊为结外淋巴瘤 5 4例(5 1.4 % )。 5 4例中发生于消化道者最多 ,共 19例 (35 .2 % ) ,其次为鼻及咽部组织 ,共 16例 (2 9.6 % ) ,其他部位少见共 19例 (35 .2 % )。治疗以手术 ,放疗及化疗为主。结论　结外淋巴瘤发生于消化道 ,鼻咽部组织为多 ,但可发生于任何器官组织 ,其临床表现无特异性 ,诊断困难 ,易发生误诊误治。针对发病升高趋势 ,临床医师应具有多学科横向知识 ,加强对结外淋巴瘤的认识 ,早期诊断 ,综合治疗改善预后更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical charatcteristics,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis for extranodal primary non-Hodgkin malignant lymphoma.Methods From January 1980 to December 2001,105 patients with MHL treated in our hospital were analysed .Results Fiftyfour (51.4%)NHL patients were diagnosed as extranodal lymphoma. In 19 cases the tumors occured in gastrointestinal tract(35.2%),16 cases in the nasal cavity and pharyn(29.6%) and 19 cases in other organs(35.2%).The best treatment is combination of surgery or radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Conclusion Extranodal lympomas occur mostly in gastrointestinal tract?nasal cavity and pharyngeal lymph tissue,as well as in any other organ and tissues without special features.Early diagnosis is difficult unless biopsy is carried out.Early diagnosis and integrative treatment can improve the prognosis of the disease.更多还原
