【Abstract】 Objective: To investgate the diagnosis and treatment of craniocerebral injury with fracture of hip.Methods: Analysis was made of the diagnosis and treatment of 4 patients with the disease and of their mayhem in the latter course.Results: This disease tended to miss diagnosis,which led to aggravated mayhem.Conclusion: The doctor should have the knowedge that this disease is often associated with other injuries and general physical examination and necessary adjuvant examination is vital for the detection.更多还原
