【摘要】 目的　探讨非血管化髂骨与下颌骨的结合情况。方法　 18例患者用非血管化髂骨同期移植修复下颌骨缺损。结果　术后 6个月 X线显示 :髂骨与下颌骨形成良好的骨结合 ,2例缺损范围较大者 ,X线骨界面边缘有不规则的骨吸收。结论　非血管化髂骨能够与下颌骨缺损的骨面形成良好的骨结合 ,但大范围的下颌骨缺损不宜用此法进行修复更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the combination of non-vascularized illium with mandible.Method Eighteen cases of mandibular defects were reconstructed with non-vacularized ilia immediately.Results Six months after operation,X-rays showed a good combination with each other.Two cases who had greater defects showed an irregular absorption in bone interface.Conclusion Non-vacularized ilia can combine well with mandible,but a wide range of mandibular defect isn′t fit for reconstruction by this method.更多还原
