【摘要】 目的　推荐一种安全、有效的对免疫因素引起的习惯性流产患者的主动免疫治疗方法。方法　治疗组采用丈夫静脉血分离获得的淋巴细胞给妻子行皮内注射 ,从而提高患者免疫反应性 ;对照组未经主动免疫治疗。结果　经主动免疫治疗并获得随访的 2 1例习惯性流产患者中有 15例怀孕至足月分娩 ,3例至妊娠中期 ,治疗成功率 86 % ,与未经主动免疫治疗的 10例患者 (妊娠成功率 2 5 % )比较 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　该方法治疗免疫因素的习惯性流产疗效肯定、操作简单 ,对母婴未发现任何副反应 ,值得推广更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To report a safe,effective immunotherapy for immune habitual abortion.Methods In study group,lymphocytes separated from husbands′ blood were injected to wives intracutaneously to enhance their immunoreactivity.The control group did not accept lymphocyte injection.Results In the study group,21 cases were followed-up.Of them 15 got pregnant and had term delivery,3 were in the second trimester of pregnancy.The efficacy rate was 86%;whereas in control group,the efficacy rate was 25%.The outcome of the study group was significantly different from that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Active immunotherapy is a safe,effective and easy method for immune habitual abortion.更多还原
