【摘要】 目的　探讨 Y染色体特异基因座 DYS390在太原地区的多态性分布资料。方法　用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)扩增技术结合聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (PAGE)技术对 16 3例太原地区汉族男性群体 DYS390基因座等位基因频率分布进行了调查。结果　 DYS390基因座观察到 6个等位基因 ,最高频率等位基因为 DYS390 * 2 3,基因多样性为 0 .70 5 8。等位基因频率分布与国内不同地区差异不明显 ,与白种人有明显差异。通过对最高频率等位基因 DYS390 * 2 3的测序分析 ,确认了基因座核心重复序列及重复数。结论　 DYS390是 Y染色体上多态性较高的基因座 ,可广泛应用于法医学检案更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the genetic polymorphism and population difference of DYS390 locus on human Y chromosome.Methods Using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis the author investigated the alleles and haplotype distribution of 163 unrelated males from Taiyuan at Y chromosome specific loci DYS390.Results 6 alleles were found at the Y chromosome specific loci DYS390.The maximal altofrequent allele was DYS39023 and gene diversity value was 0.705 8.When compared with other populations,the data were similar to those calculated from other Chinese population but different from Italian population.Conclusion DYS390 has a high polymorphism and is very suitable to forensic analysis.更多还原
