【摘要】 目的　为探讨一氧化氮 (NO)对白细胞精子症精子功能的影响。方法　采用Greiss试剂显色后用分光光度计测定法 ,测定 16 3例正常生育男性和 5 3例 (2 6～ 37岁 )白细胞精子症不育男性精浆中NO的水平。结果　 16 3例正常生育男性精浆中均检测出NO ,平均含量为 2 7.86± 5 .73μmol/L ,白细胞精子症精浆中NO含量均显著高于正常生育组 ,平均含量为 4 5 .0 1±8.2 3μmol/L ,(P <0 .0 0 1)。 结论　提示高含量的NO在白细胞精子症所致的不育症中发挥重要作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of nitric oxide(NO) on the function of sperm of patients with leukospermia. Methods The level of NO in 163 normospermia and 53 leukospermia samples was measured by Greiss reagent and spectrophotometry. Results NO was found to be present in all 163 samples of normospermia 〔(27.86±5.73)μmol/L〕,while 53 leukospermia samples had a higher level of NO 〔(45.01±8.23)μmol/L〕,( P <0.001). Conclusion It is comfirmed that the high level of NO plays an important role in the infertile patients with leukospermia.更多还原
