【摘要】 目的　研究大鼠梗阻性黄疸后血浆及腹腔巨噬细胞释放细胞因子的变化。方法　 3 0只Wistar大鼠随机分为梗阻性黄疸组 (2 0只 )和对照组 (10只 ) ,观察梗阻性黄疸前后血浆和腹腔巨噬细胞释放TNF α、IL 1β、IL 6和IL 8的变化。 结果　梗阻性黄疸大鼠 5d后腹腔巨噬细胞释放TNF α、IL 1β、IL 6和IL 8显著减少 (P <0 0 1) ,但血浆中这些细胞因子水平明显升高 (P <0 0 1)。结论　梗阻性黄疸对大鼠细胞免疫功能有抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes of cytokines in peritoneal macrophage supernatants and blood plasma in obstructive jaundicerats. Methods Wistar rats ( n =30) were divided randomly into two groups:obstructive jaundice group ( n =20) and control group ( n =10). TNF α,IL 1β,IL 6 and IL 8 in peritoneal macrophage supernatants and plasma were measured after obstructive jaundice. Results TNF α, IL 1β, IL 6 and IL 8levels significantly decreased in peritoneal macrophage supernatants but significantly increased in blood plasma in obstructive jaundice rats. Conclusion Cell mediated immunity is markedly depressed after obstructive jaundice.更多还原
