不同吸样方式对流动池式生化仪检测结果的影响
The Effect of Result Tested by Different Sucking Ways on the Flowcell Biochemical Analyzer
【摘要】 目的 探讨不同吸样方式对流动池式自动生化分析仪的携带污染和冲洗误差的影响。方法 在RuBy半自动生化仪上用氧化酶法测定葡萄糖,试验观测不同吸入量以及有无空气清洗两种方式所致的携带污染率和冲洗误差。结果 有无空气清洗两组在300,400,500,600,800 μl 5种吸入量时的冲洗误差(%)分别是:标准:4.78、1.18,0.59,0.58,0.32和7.58,3.01,1.18,1.21,0.53。高浓度样品:4.28,2.02,0.62,0.47,0.46和7.26,2.86,1.21,0.71,0.49;携带污染率(%)分别是:4.09,1.98,0.28,0,0和7.15,4.10,1.87,1.34,0.29。结论 空气清洗方式可有效降低携带污染率和冲洗误差,能减少试剂用量。
【Abstract】 Objective To stuby the effect of different sucking ways to the flowcell automatic biochemical analyzer’s residual contamination rate and washing error. Methods Serum glucose was detected with oxidase by RuBy semi-automatic biochemical analyzer. Residual contamination rate and washing error were observed in different sucking ways. Results When the sucking volumes were 300,400,500,600,800μl.the washing error(%) of with air purge and without it were respectively :standard: 4. 78,1. 18,0. 59,0. 58,0. 32 and 7. 58,3. 01, 1.18, 1. 20,0. 53,high consistency sample:4. 28,2. 02,0. 62, 0. 47,0. 46 and 7. 26,2. 86,1. 21,0. 70,0. 49,the residual contamination rate(%) were respectively: 4. 09,1. 98,0. 28,0,0 and 7. 15,4. 10,1. 87,1. 34,0. 29. Conclusion Air purge can decrease effectively the residual contamination rate,washing error,the consumption of reagents as well.
